6. Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content to the Service, you grant VibeEffect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including for AI training and development.

Generated Content

AI-generated effects and outputs are provided for your use. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. VibeEffect retains the right to use generated content for service improvement and promotional purposes.

Our Content

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and features, is owned by VibeEffect and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service.

7. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use. VibeEffect is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VibeEffect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
